He continuously claimed his retirement from acting, but never realy went through with it. In the 80's, he starred in about two every year, along with the 90's. In the 90's, he gained a porthole to the modern American youth with The Island Of Dr. Maruo (1994).brando is regarded as one of the greatest actors in history. he died in july 2004.
