Refers to the Hebrew word Mikveh which is the Hebrew year from September 29th 2000 to September 18th 2001. During this year people would be purificated from their sins.

mIKVEH IS ALSO THE WORD FOR THE BATH IN WHICH THE JEWS RITUALLY WASHED AWAY THEIR SINS, BEFORE THE DESTRUCTION OF THE TEMPLE.
