P.C.P. stands for police constable and Political Correctness (P.C.), in combination with conservative party (c.p.) and the names of some communist parties like the partido comMunista Portugues (Portuguese communist Party) and the partido comunista del peru (peruvian communist party, see shining path): p.c.p.

P.C.P. is also a drug: Phencyclidine. Phencyclidine was developed in the 1950's as an intravenous anesthetic. Use of P.C.P. in humans was discontinued in 1965, because it was found that patients often became agitated, delusional, and irrational while recovering from its anesthetic effects.the song p.c.p. is a protest against the orwellian (see george orwell) political correct censorship on words in western society.
